Agripa Maposa is the CEO and founder of Tivwane Money Solution Born and raised in Zambia.He has 11 years work experience of which 8 years in microfinance, he has worked with Madison Insurance Company as Team Leader. Barclays bank Zambia as Sales Marketing officer, Vision fund Zambia in various positions including managerial positions where he was actively involved in creating PPA with other Organizations in project implementation with world Vision Zambia International. Mr. Agripa Maposa Hold BA. In Business Administration with University of Zambia. He holds two certificate in Agribusiness Financing value Chain and financial management. Mr. Maposa has participated in strategic planning, leadership development and organizational management with vision fund Zambia the subsidiary world vision Zambia international.

Chris was a Founding Executive Director of CTMS Group, where he was an F1 engineer and technical director for OEM international motorsport programs. He served as development engineer in advanced light weight material vehicle design, power train development and manufacture of specialized vehicles for automotive & aerospace programs implementing ULV3 Technology. Chris has a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Buckingham
Chrispine Banda,Co-Founder
Chrispine Banda is the Co-founder of Tivwane Money Solution. He has 8 years of work experience of which he has 7 years vast experience in Administration with Government of republican of Zambia in Education Department as the Administration Manager. Mr. Banda is a teacher by profession with a bachelor degree in secondary education he also Holds Advance Diploma in primary Education. Mr. Banda is hard working and passionate to work in Microfinance Company. Mr. Banda is working as Administration and Humana resources Manage in charge of HR department.
Joined Tivwane Money Solution as a Co-Director and also play the roles of the Human Resource and Administration Manager.
Edwin Ulaya ,CFO.
Mr Ulaya Edwin has over 12 years work experience in industry having worked for several organizations that include Walis Chartered Accountants and Vision Fund Zambia where he held various senior positions in
Management among them as a Regional Head – Finance and Administration
He holds a Degree in Accountancy from the Charted Accountants Zambia qualification. He is a Fellow member of Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA).
Edwin has attended a number of trainings in Business and Finance, Strategic Planning and Management, High performance Leadership, Tax Management & Planning, Performance Management, Anti-money Laundering, customer care services and many others
Janet Jere , Acting COO.
Janet Jere is the Acting Chief Operations Officers(COO) of Tivwane Money Solution.She hold Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Administration and Development Studies obtained from the University of Zambia in 2017. She is also a holder of a certificate in Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) and a certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation. She is a computer literate with excellent skills in most computer applications/packages including Microsoft Office.

Assist executive team members in creating, growing and building a world class, industry leading organization.
Drive company results from both an operational and financial perspective working closely with the CFO, CEO and other key executive team members. Partner with the CFO to achieve favorable financial results with respect to sales, profitability, cash flow, mergers and acquisitions, systems, reporting and controls.
