Microloans

Microloans involve lending small sums of money, often just a few hundred dollars, to people who do not have a measurable credit history, assets to secure the loans, or access to mainstream financial providers. They are designed to be realistic and affordable for borrowers. When they are repaid, the funds are recycled to other borrowers. This way a fund can support a number of different enterprises and help build a diverse and sustainable local economy.

We provide solar pump loan: The goal of providing Futurepumps solar loan to small scale farmers is improving access to irrigation for farmers in water-scarce areas like Zambia, improving resilience to climatic changes such as increased drought frequency and severity.

Agriculture Asset based loans

We provides asset-based Loans to small scale farmers (mostly for horticulture farming) Farmers receive high-quality seeds and fertilizer and chemicals on credit, and we offer a flexible repayment system that allows them to pay back their loans on agreed amount throughout the loan term.

Agri-business Loan extension and financial literacy trainings: involves availing Asset based loans to farmers, at friendly market rates,  either as individuals or groups, to enable them access Agro-inputs (hybrid seeds, fertilizers, and agro-chemicals), solar powered pumps and other horticulture equipment’s and machineries available, Farmers are trained on loan management and other financial and enterprise management skills to enable them understand and fulfil their loan obligation.

Micro-savings

Savings programmers enable those without a reliable and regular income to save funds to be used in the event of disaster or misfortune. Micro-savings accounts help ensure safety and security of funds and pay a small bonus on the money saved.

Micro-insurance

Crop insurance enables clients to guard against the failure of their crop through lack of rain or natural disaster. Health insurance helps provide funds when a member of the family is sick or worse still dies. This enable us  change intangible products to tangible  (Provision of financial inclusion to smallholders to enable them  have access to useful and affordable financial products and services that meet their needs transactions, payments, savings, credit and insurance.

Financial inclusion is the key to enable reduce poverty and boosting prosperity. The essence of providing financial inclusion to rural communities in Zambia is to enable them have access to useful and affordable financial products and services that meet the needs of individuals and businesses delivered in a responsible and sustainable way – such as transactions, small loans, overdrafts payments, savings, credit and insurance. We Support financial inclusion of smallholders and rural people through increased and sustainable access to a variety of financial services – savings, credit, remittances and insurance, etc. – to enable them to invest in productive activities, both agricultural and non-agricultural, and protect themselves against risk. Savings Group Loan Linkage Product

This is a loan product which is provided to village banking savings groups which are in operation with SNV, CARE, CRS, PLAN DAAP. The loans will be given to village savings groups at very affordable interest rate with three months grace period. The loans will be given mostly to Village banking savings groups who are in second circle and the Maximum amount for a loan a group can qualify is fifty percent (50% of last share out) and the loan will be given at low interest rate compared to savings group interest rate to enable Village savings Association (VSLA) make more profit. The product has three months grace period to enable members in savings groups accumulate more profit after lending to individual members. As Microfinance (MFI) Will not lend to individuals but savings groups and the savings Group decide whom to give depending with ability of members to pay back the loan, all members must agree
